Garrett had a Birthday, shout horray!

With our crazy weekend with Brock, we came home and tried to put on a birthday for Garrett just 2 days later. He got WAY to many presents! We started out the day with having his cousins over and a couple friends. We played a few games but they mostly just wanted to play with eachother. Which was totally fine. I would rather it that way.

For Christmas he wanted an excavator. Its one of thost diggers for the sandbox. we told him we would get him one for his birthday instead. and he remembered. He called it his excavator birthday. :) So he got one! (he has already been out in the cold this morning playing with it.)

So we got him a bike that he didn't even look at. err! But he did like the helmet. :) little stink! when it gets warm i will take him out and work on the bike with him.

I usually try to make a fun cake, but i hadn't thought of how to decorate it yet. And then Brocks weekend happened. i even thought about buying one. But that is not heard of in my family. frowned upon even. :) I thought it would be fun for Garrett to decorate his own cake. He picked out everthing he wanted on his cake and decorated it himself. It turned out pretty cute i think!

Over all it was a fun and pretty crazy day! I think Garrett had fun and like i said got way to many toys. really he got everything he wanted. Anything truck, excavator, bulldozer, he got it! even cowboy boot!

Now i can relax and get back to normal after a crazy week!
