So, here is all about Garrett!
Garrett LOVES to be outside. But because he got attacked by a dog a while back he won't go outside alone. which is hard on me because i could get something done inside. and most of the time the others don't want to go out.
Josh built him a sandbox that we love to go out and spend hours in. Even in all the spring run off:
He didn't last much longer after he got wet. -see there is still snow on the ground and he insisted we go out!!
Another thing about Garrett is he LOVES to work with his DAD. He loves anything construction. From a very young age he knew the names and the difference between loaders, excavators, back hoes, and skidders. 
(Josh is helping his brother with his addition in this picture) (oh, and Josh is always SO patient with Garrett when he helps him! -they are best friends!-:D)
He loves to be silly. Really, He Loves 'silly'. He laughs at anyone and anything that is silly. ...and anything naughty for that matter. 
He doesn't like me to take his picture much, so i am limited on pictures of Garrett!
Garrett and i have a little bit of a hard time getting along. He is wild/energetic. Which forces me to take a deep breath sometimes. :) I think what it is, is he just needs more attention and so he is naughty, so i will pay more attention to him. He is also VERY smart! He know all his letters and sounds, his numbers and all his colors. He will tell us all the letters on our shirts and his own. He will point out letters on bill boards! -he is just so smart. which is probably another reason he is so wild is because he is bored, needs more stimulation!
Garrett has his 4 year birthday coming up next month and we can't believe he is already so BIG!
He is adorable! I love that he's outside playing, getting wet even!, when there is still snow on the ground. He sounds like he would fit in perfectly at our house.

ReplyDeleteYou have to love the boy! I think that it is wonderful that he loves to do things with his dad, and that Josh is so patient with him. It's too bad about the dog attach making him afraid to be outside by himself. But I can understand why, I would be a little afraid too. He is darling. Love Aunt Colleen
