Ok i forgot to add this picture and now it wont move so its out of order. This is the front of Leah's Valentine shirt.
Katie saw this way fun idea on someones blog. you just get the fabric you want and heat bond stuff, and make fun shirts. Katie got all the stuff and i just showed up to do it.
We are learning letters so i did a 'G' for Garrett and then he wanted a cowboy hat.
The plan was to make Valentines shirts but i wanted Garrett to be able to wear it more then just on Valentines Day. i couldn't think of how to make it not girly, so we went with a cowboy hat and i think it turned out cute. ( the picture is dark because with the flash the colors went funky.)
....and this is the back of Leah's shirt.
This was a relatively cheap project. $2 for the shirts and then the cost of a little fabric and the heat bond stuff was only $2 a yard too.
Katies shirts turned out really cute. she spent alot of time on hers. But i have a hard time putting time into a project when the kids are crying and fighting and wanting. so i tend to rush through and get it done. i hate stopping and going. which is why i don't do many projects.
