Dayton Celebration!

The city of Dayton, where Josh grew up and my family now lives. Today they did their city celebration. First we went to the parade. Garrett got to ride in it on a trailer with his cousins and two aunts. Grandma and Grandpa drove the 4-wheeler and pulled the trailer. Garrett loved throwing the candy to people and thought it was pretty cool to ride on the trailer.
They had lots of fun activities. One of Garretts favorites was the airplane drop where they had a small plane fly over and drop 3 or 4 bags of candy on the field for all the kids to gather.
They also had a big fish pond for the older kids, and then they had a smaller kiddie pool for the younger kids. anyway they just fill the pond with water and fish and the kids just jump in and catch themselves a fish. :) Garrett reached right in and touched the fish but then wouldn't touch them again.
Here he is looking at his fish in the bag! Oh and then there was the pie eating contest. Josh was the first in line. He was all about it and knew he could win! He was sure to be the first to pick his pie, a creamy filling that he could just inhale and then a grahm cracker crust he didn't have to chew. Anyway... he won!
THE PROUD WINNER! (look how tight the bag is) (hehe)
